Crawl With US is hiring an Event Manager!

Job Type: Contract

Hours: 2 PM – 10 PM on Saturday, October 31st

Additional Duties: Pre-Event Venue Check-Ins & Poster Placement

Job Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Event Manager to oversee operations at our Annual Halloween Bar Crawl! This is a fast-paced role perfect for those who thrive in event settings, can think on their feet, and know how to manage both logistics and customer interactions. This could also lead to the opportunity to work at other events in the future!

Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Responsibilities:

Hang promotional Posters (4 Weeks Prior)
Conduct venue check-ins with participating venues (2 Weeks Prior)

Event Day:

Oversee bar crawl check-in and event flow at designated locations
Assist with customer inquiries and problem-solve on-site issues
Ensure participating venues are prepared and following event guidelines
Maintain professionalism while working in a busy nightlife environment

Requirements:

Event experience or knowledge – Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or nightlife is a must
Fast-paced problem solver – Ability to troubleshoot and make quick decisions (There might be 100 people, there might be 1000 people, it all depends on the event!)
Professional & organized – Must maintain composure while managing multiple tasks
Basic tech skills – Comfortable using a ticket-scanning app on a smartphone or tablet
