Event Manager

At ERock, our backup generators ensure that customers will never be without power, allowing their business to operate normally when there is an outage in the area. 7-8+ years of experience managing B2B events, trade shows, or field marketing programs Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field Proven track record of executing events that generate pipeline and measurable business outcomes Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders and customers Detail-oriented with a bias for execution and accountability Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities Vendor negotiation and contract management experience Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce) Willingness to travel (up to ~50%, depending on event calendar) The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
