Full Time On-Site Direct Hire Plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs from conception through implementationManage all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, vendors, venues, contracts, budgets, and on-site executionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders, including consistent follow-up and communicationDraft, review, and manage event contracts and agreementsTrack event details to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are metCollaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with organizational goalsMaintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for all events and programsSupport creative event concepts while maintaining strong organizational structureManage multiple events and priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and professionalism Proven experience in event planning, programs, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at onceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with contracts, vendors, and client communicationsCreative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quicklyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
