Monitor's facility set upGuide clients in preparation of events by interpreting and explaining contract provisions, policies, and proceduresKeeps the client informed as to status of deadline schedules, including but not limited to floor plan submissions, meeting room set ups, and other relevant event detailsPrepares cost estimates and assists the accounting department with the final billingConduct prospective client tours and help the client visualize the variety of uses on how their event can take place within our venueMaintain an overall philosophy of providing the highest level of customer service possibleCommunicate in a courteous, cooperative, respectful, timely and professional manner with ASM Global Staff, clients, and subcontractorsPerforms other tasks as assigned To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 1 to 2 years of event planning experience and/or training. Ability to work both in a team and independently.
