This position reports directly to the General Manager of Events and is responsible for managing events across our various locations. Brings a consistently positive, upbeat attitude to every interactionIs exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organizedCommunicates professionally and responds promptly to clients and vendorsCan confidently manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneouslyTakes ownership of projects from initial planning through event completionUnderstands the importance of staying on schedule and meeting event planning milestonesIs motivated by achieving event goals, budgets, and outstanding client experiencesSuccess in this role requires someone who enjoys both office planning and being hands-on during event execution; depending on the time of year, averaging 50% office / 50% event execution.
