The Event Manager is responsible for client communications and facilitates all rentals and live events for this organization. The Event Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day operations... and will work closely with the Talent and Sales Coordinator in the handoff and post-contract for all rentals, live events and programming. Responsibilities • The primary role of the Event Manager is to ensure success for all events • To be the primary point of contact for all parties renting the theater and as the representative of sponsored programming. • Coordinating food and beverage services with the theater team and/or catering services. Desired Profile • Being a motivated self-starter • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in event planning and negotiating contracts with clients and service providers • The ability to multitask efficiently • Creative thinking, ability to predict challenges and problem-solving • Selecting the best price for products and services • Advanced written and oral communication skills
