The Events Manager will work closely with the Food & Beverage staff, Culinary team, and Events Committee to deliver a wide range of events to engage the diverse membership throughout the year. • Booking all private rooms and managing member requests within calendar availability daily. • Support Food & Beverage as Manager on Duty for special events as needed. • Ability to listen to member requests; Assess and manage those requests with the ability to graciously handle those that we can and cannot fulfill • A keen eye for marketing and attention to detail are critical in keeping with Club aesthetic • A positive and outgoing personality is a must • Must be able to work without supervision and be a problem solver with the ability to stay calm amidst increased demand times • Ideal candidate will have worked in and understand private clubs, resorts, or event planning • A stable work history with demonstrated progressive responsibilities.
