Event Manager

Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on Event Manager to run the full lifecycle of our virtual and in-person events. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role for someone who thrives managing multiple moving pieces at once and is comfortable both behind the screen and on-site. Manage Zoom production for live and recorded sessions Monitor and manage event chat in real time Drop the correct links (registration, offers, resources) at the right moments Process sales during and after virtual events Coordinate and manage meetings with the sales team tied to event follow-up Update HubSpot with post-event sales data and attendee outcomes 2–3 years of experience managing events, virtual production, or a related coordination role Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Comfortable working within Zoom (chat moderation, links, breakout management) Experience processing sales/transactions in a live event or webinar setting Comfortable and confident working directly with clients, taking payments and clearly communicating next steps Strong communicator who can serve as the bridge between events and the internal team relaying what was sold, changes in offers, and any promises or add-ons the internal team needs to know about Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating with sales teams Flexible availability — willing to work evenings/weekends around event schedules Ability to travel for in-person events, sometimes on short notice Comfortable working events that get added or scheduled last minute — this role requires adaptability and a "yes, I'll make it work" mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure during live events
