Event Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Entry-Level Event Manager to join our Louisville team. In this role, you’ll help plan and deliver live events, promotional campaigns, and customer experiences from start to finish. Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of eventsCoordinate event schedules, materials, displays, and team assignmentsRepresent clients and their brands professionallyEngage with attendees and create a welcoming experienceSupport and motivate event team membersMonitor event activity and help resolve issues as they ariseCommunicate updates to clients, managers, and internal teamsTrack event results and help prepare performance reportsParticipate in training and leadership-development opportunitiesEnsure each event runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule You need initiative, reliability, and the confidence to work with people in a fast-moving environment. This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Louisville, Kentucky.
