• Programs Plan and execute department events and meetings (Career Development Summit, Desarrollo Profesional, annual meetings, etc.): + Create RFPs, track proposals and draft agreements, and manage contracts + Oversee banquet event orders, A/V, hotel room blocks, invitation and guest management, day-of logistics for supporting staff, liaise with sponsors and manage overall vendor relations Coordinate logistics for the MLBPAA Alumni Day Series (reunion events): + Manage invitations, registrations, RSVPs, event correspondence, day-of materials, ticket distribution, banquet event orders, some day-of responsibilities (set-up/tea
