Event Manager

We are looking for an organized, customer-focused, and results-driven Events Manager to coordinate and grow our events.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee corporate, social, and dining events.
Prospect and develop new clients and event opportunities.
Manage client inquiries and guide customers through the event planning process.
Prepare event details, coordinate requirements, and ensure expectations are clearly communicated.
Negotiate and close event and catering sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Work closely with restaurant and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
Support event sales goals and other established performance objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, event management, catering, or event sales.
Experience planning and executing corporate, social, or food and beverage events.
Strong sales skills, including client prospecting and closing.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
Leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Availability to work on-site in El Paso, TX and Lubbock, TX, based on operational needs.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview and includes fixed and variable compensation based on the responsibilities of the position and established performance objectives.
