You will play a key role in organizing and executing... our expanding calendar of unique and memorable events, ensuring that our members have memorable and connected experiences. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Base team to conceptualize, plan, and coordinate a diverse range of events that align with the needs and interests of our member community. • Communicate effectively with event stakeholders, including Base members, external partners, sponsors, et al. • Oversee event support contractors, greeters, et al. • As needed, provide on-site support during events, overseeing event setup, registration, and attendee assistance to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all participants. Qualifications: • 5+ years experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in a similar role or within hospitality, membership communities/clubs, event companies, or the co-working industry.
