Provide support to the Executive Director with activities and programs... • Creative problem solving and customer service to managing rental equipment, assisting with vendors, volunteers, and any other specifics for assigned events. • Plans educational events, dinners and galas and other revenue streams • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director • Works closely with the Executive Director as the primary project manager to successfully plan and execute all revenue generating special events, including large and small internal events, external events including (but not limited to) private events, wedding ceremonies, community outreach, partnership events, dinners and galas, and other revenue streams throughout the year.
