Must be able to demonstrate competency in prior event planning and contributions to business success. Examples could include sharing planning forms, processes, event logistics documentation, RFP planning, etc. What the position offers: • Hybrid Schedule (In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; WFH Monday and Thursday) • Potential to hire • Benefits once hired on • Equipment needed for duties What you’ll be doing: • The Event Coordinator must independently plan, manage, and execute each event lifecycle in partnership with stakeholders and the Global Events Manager. Who we’re looking for: • Experience in planning successful in-person meetings and events with varied levels of attendance • 3-7 years serving as an events coordinator in a global marketing environment preferred • College degree • Passionate, positive, solution-oriented, self-motivated, self-starting, and a creative thinker • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines • Thinks proactively, takes action and/or engages Manager when challenges arise.
