Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events including weddings, corporate meetings, fundraisers, and banquets... - Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide exceptional guest services - Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers - Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, and audiovisual equipment - Ensure all event logistics are in place, such as transportation, accommodations, and catering - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events - Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and make improvements for future events Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members - Attention to detail to ensure all event elements are executed flawlessly - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends Note: Experience in the hotel, catering, restaurant, or fundraising industries is highly desirable.
