Location: We are seeking an Event Manager for the Plimoth Patuxet Museum. Plimoth Patuxet offers powerful personal encounters with history built on thorough research about the Wampanoag People and the Colonial English community in the 1600s. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO) as outlined; Confer with Catering Sales Manager to ensure clear understanding of all event specifications. • Confer with Director of Operations regarding problem areas; Make recommendations for increasing efficiency and for changing procedures. • Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
