Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, managed by the Midlands Authority for Conventions, Sports & Tourism (MACST), is a premier events facility located in Columbia, South Carolina. MACST oversees not only the operation of the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center but also the activities of the Columbia Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Columbia Regional Sports Council, and the Columbia Regional Visitors Center. The position of Event Manager at Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center is a full-time role responsible for planning, producing, and managing large and complex events that require detailed coordination and execution.
