Additionally, the Event Manager oversees backstage operations, production setups, staffing schedules, and contract services while ensuring all event preparations and live operations comply with safety and operational standards. Bachelor's or technical degree preferred 3-5 years experience in facility events and operations management or related field Experience in public assembly industry in supervisory or management role Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and consecutive days Knowledge of budget preparation and control Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Knowledge of crowd management, fire, and public safety regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Occasional travel Experience with theater technical equipment preferred OysterLink connects hospitality businesses with candidates.
