• Participate and communicate information in event production meetings with department representatives in order to successfully execute fulfillment for all event needs of the client, the venue and the patron. • Provide quality customer service to facility staff, clients, and the general public. • Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines through multi-tasking, and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. • Skilled in establishing strong customer relations and meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations. Equipment Used: • Ability to use office equipment, barcoding scanner system, industrial equipment, and theatrical equipment.
