This position will be responsible for the planning & execution of our soiree events. Your job will be to help plan and execute our monthly events and bi-annual retreats by working closely with our Soiree team, vendors and the Portland community. You will also be onsite at our events to be the main point of contact for our clients and vendors as well as assist in event set up, take down and have a smooth running event in between. You will be the primary manager for our monthly soirees and retreats, and be responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing the events while representing the soiree as the main point of contact for our event registrants.
