Event Strategy & Planning: • Develop and execute the strategy for events at Bloom, including but not limited to tradeshows, retail events and internal Bloom team events • Oversee all event logistics, including reviewing exhibitor kits, booth design, layout, set-up, tear-down, shipping, AV, staffing, and vendor coordination. Cross functional collaboration • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align event objectives to ensure a consistent brand message • Collaborate with brand and creative team to develop concept and assets • 3-5+ years of relevant experience: field marketing, trade marketing, event management • Experience in CPG / wellness / retail preferred • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and priorities simultaneously. • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. • Access to all the Bloom supplements and swag so you can bloom into your best self!
