Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our on-site catering events. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, on-site presence, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful events. Responsibilities • Plan and execute events for on-site caterings, including logistics, supplies, staffing, and attending the event itself • Attend caterings in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on client specifications. • Coordinate training to staff on new catering set ups for a wide variety of menu and holiday items • Help develop holiday and special event catering packages • Ensure inventory is stocked and kept up to date with supplies and menu items needed for each event • Ensure that commissary is kept clean and organized • Manage on-site operations during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to breakdown.
