Event Manager

PAF seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Event Manager to produce events on behalf of PAF and manage the venue rentals for 3rd party clients in 2025 and possibly early 2026. Reporting to the Director of Operations of PAF, the Event Manager will be the main point of contact for rental requests and management of events as well as the front-ofhouse role working with event staff and volunteers. ● Act as the main point of contact for PAF’s programming and events, and third party clients (rentals) events, working with the appropriate contacts to create and produce proposals suitable to be hosted on PAF’s campus. ● When a PAF event or a rental is confirmed, after verifying that there’s no conflict, work with the PAF team to schedule events, maintaining an updated shared calendar of events (internal or third parties’) happening at the Armory’s campus. ● Refer patrons to the appropriate client team member for any requests or issues related to their event, before and during the event, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the prompt resolution of issues to maintain excellent customer experience on campus.
