The Event Manager supports the Director of Special Events and Projects with managing and coordinating events for The Navigators Missions. • Ensure that all aspects of events follow their goals, objectives, and desired outcomes • Consult with individuals to develop and monitor timelines and deadlines, and budget related to all aspects of events, ensuring the information is communicated with staff, volunteers, contractors and other constituents. • Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver's Authorization, and other releases as required. • Review and submit expenses and invoices for payment in a timely manner. Strong project management skills.
