MaxLiving is searching for an enthusiastic Event Manager who will play an integral role in planning, organizing, and promoting in-person and virtual events. • Review proposals and contracts with the Director of Operations and Event Planner upon receipt and make recommendations as to the best venue for the event based on budget, location, and available space. • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop an agenda for weekly planning meetings. • Monitor and report event registration numbers compared to the goal leading up to the event. • Organize event related materials and pack crates at the conclusion of the event.
