About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of catering events. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in catering, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities: • Direct supervision of catering operations, including staff coordination, rental equipment management, and event setup and breakdown • Assist with event booking, menu selection, and pricing • Hiring, discipline, performance reviews, and initiating pay increases for employees • Coordinate activities with internal departments and interface with vendors and key stakeholders • Facilitate external customer relations and represent the organization at events Requirements: • 3+ years of catering experience • Proven background in catering, presentation, and customer service • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
