Promote and market the club’s social event facilities and capabilities to all members and sponsored guests. Assist in the preparation of profit and loss statement for all club and private events with Catering Manager and Controller related to all revenues and costs. Attend management meetings to review policies and procedures, upcoming events and to continually develop quality and image of banquet and catering functions.
