Event Manager

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota as an Event Manager! About You Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of impactful employee and investor events in alignment with guidance from internal stakeholders • Researching venues and vendors for future events, including site visits when appropriate • Ensure a premium pre-, during, and post-event experience for all attendees and stakeholders with attention to detail in hospitality, branding, and professionalism • Coordinating and communicating event details with vendors and venues — including managing contracts • Proactively communicating with internal partners regarding deadlines, expectations, timing, directions, etc. Experience: • 3 plus years’ experience in event planning or project management role • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management system preferred • Experience with event software and CRM tools is preferred, including Cvent and HubSpot Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
