Summary: The Event Manager will oversee all operational matters relating to their assigned events and be responsible for the coordination and communication of event details. • Manage event elements with all departments and vendors, clearly describing the clients’ objectives while planning details around schedules, staffing plans, equipment set-up, budgets, and so forth to ensure events are properly managed. • Understand union policies while setting up staffing plans including that of Production staff (i.e. riggers, stagehands, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills. Experience with CAD is preferred.
