Avanti Mansion in Buffalo, NY is looking for an Event Manager to join our team! The Event Manager... will work with the other Event Managers to ensure all operational aspects of running events are taken care of. We are looking for the perfect candidate that will fit into our current company culture. This is a full time position that will have multiple roles based on our event schedule and time of the year. Responsibilities during off-season (Winter & Spring) • All of the above • Brainstorming new items offered and services that can be integrated into future menus • Help create/update better systems and procedures for FOH staff • Organize, take inventory, and order rental items, display pieces, barware, glassware, and other items as needed • Other tasks as needed - looking for a team player who doesn't mind pitching in wherever needed!
