Manages trade show and events team to execute global trade shows, conferences, and ICG events.Builds budget based on annual event plan and manages show and event spending to stay at or below target budget. to stakeholders to evaluate level of show / event success.Looks for and shares opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, or sponsorships to support ICG business objectives. Tracks and manages fees due from other ICG or clients as part of show / event costs.Maintains inventory of show event property including booth spaces, equipment, furniture, giveaways, and other items relevant to ICG events and shows. Collaborates with businesses to maximize trade show presence to meet objectives and budgets.Communicates regularly with business leadership, including C-staff, as required.
