Event Manager

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota as an Event Manager! About You Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of impactful employee and investor events in alignment with guidance from internal stakeholders • Researching venues and vendors for future events, including site visits when appropriate • Ensure a premium pre-, during, and post-event experience for all attendees and stakeholders with attention to detail in hospitality, branding, and professionalism • Coordinating and communicating event details with vendors and venues — including managing contracts • Proactively communicating with internal partners regarding deadlines, expectations, timing, directions, etc. Experience: • 3 plus years’ experience in event planning or project management role • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management system preferred • Experience with event software and CRM tools is preferred, including Cvent and HubSpot
