Superior interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communications skills, including detail-oriented proofreading abilities Professional manner Creative, resourceful and self-motivated Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database Extensive spreadsheet, word processing, and database software experience required, specifically Microsoft Excel.
