The Events Manager, will work collaboratively with the CEO, Development Director and other members of the Development Team, Cape Abilities staff and Board of Directors, to ensure that all events meet the agency’s goals... Performs additional duties, as assigned. Bachelor’s degree required Exceptional event planning and execution skills Outstanding time management skills Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet challenging and changing deadlines required. Superior interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communications skills, including detail-oriented proofreading abilities Professional manner Creative, resourceful and self-motivated Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database Extensive spreadsheet, word processing, and database software experience required, specifically Microsoft Excel.
