The Event Manager will play a critical role in planning and managing business events, coordinating logistics, partnering with agencies, and ensuring flawless execution from conception to completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive content development and communication strategies that engage target audiences effectively. Candidates for this position should be experienced professionals with 4 to 8 years in event planning, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder communication, content development, and data analysis. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available, and candidates should expect to travel approximately 10% depending on project requirements and client engagements. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience • 4-8 years of experience in event planning, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments • Minimum of 4 years’ proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in stakeholder management and communication with agency partnerships • Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including report generation and interpretation • Ability to travel approximately 10% based on client and industry needs • Limited immigration sponsorship availability • Excellent written and communication skills • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
