Event Manager - Agency

This third-party agency role works independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in the fast-paced event industry. This position is working for an agency with agency experience, not freelance or corporation. · Create and have a clear understanding/experience with event specification documents and distribute to all vendors to ensure accurate execution, including production run of show, emergency procedures, function space assignments, program agendas and more · 3+ years’ experience working for a third-party agency (collaborating from the corporate side with an outside agency. · Must show proven ability to be flexible and adaptable with last-minute changes, showing poise and confidence to both the client and team.
