WHAT YOU DO
-----------

* **Concept Development:** Identify cultural trends and communities to develop innovative, brand-aligned event concepts and live experiences.
* **Event Production:** Manage the full event lifecycle, including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and seamless on-site execution.
* **Guest & Partner Curation:** Build relationships with creators and brands while curating guest lists that align with the brand strategy.
* **Hospitality & Hosting:** Oversee guest management and on-site hosting to ensure a premium, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
* **Performance Optimization:** Track KPIs and analyze event data to derive insights and recommendations to continuously improve future formats.

WHO YOU ARE
-----------

* Relevant degree in business, event management or marketing and experience in event production, experiential marketing and hospitality
* Strong sense for culture and trends with the ability to turn creative ideas into executable event concepts
* Exceptional project management skills and the ability to communicate confidently with various stakeholders
* Hands-on, detail oriented and you are flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends (when required)
* Full fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Chinese) are a plus
