The Events Manager role at Anthology Events is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, energetic, and hospitality-driven professional passionate about creating memorable experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of private events from the initial contract through to event completion. The Events Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and flawless event delivery. This position demands an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, pays close attention to details, and excels at multitasking across various event components. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in event management or hospitality
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
