Work with Senior Event Marketing Manager to organize and produce large trade shows for Bandwidth, including budgeting, planning, lead generation strategy, logistics, project management, pre- and post-show sales outreach support, onsite execution, and vendor management. Travel to and work at events, as needed. Support logistics and organization for all virtual events, including webinars, to support the overall event team. Co-develop and track post-event follow-ups to increase our marketing and sales efficiency and grow prospect and customer engagement. Experience managing trade show budgets, vendor relationships and running small-to-medium sized events as the event lead.
