What The Position is About:
Lead and manage the Events teamBuild out and manage a canvassing teamHire, train, and manage event and canvassing staffManage event logistics including setup, teardown, scheduling, and inventoryTrack performance and continuously optimize event outcomesCollaborate closely with vendors and service providers to guarantee a positive experience for all parties involvedContinuous in the field training with event and canvassing staffOversee all operations and ensure that events run smoothly, including troubleshooting any problems that ariseAssist in launching and supporting new locations via canvassing and events
The Right Candidate Will Have:
Event, retail, or canvassing experience within the home improvement/services industryBig-box store marketing leadership experience is a plus
