Event Manager, CXO Programs (Remote)

About the Role: CrowdStrike is looking for a seasoned Event Manager for CXO/Executive Programs to join our fast growing team and company. The primary focus of this role is successful and innovative planning and execution of CrowdStrike's industry best-in-class CxO events, working together with CrowdStrike's executive experience team, executive leadership and field marketing. What You'll Need: - Minimum of 8+ years successful event management experience with expertise in design and programming of CXO events - Strong comfort level and experience working with industry C-level executives, requiring a level of professionalism and business maturity - Extensive knowledge in managing CXO events from conception to completion, including complex logistics, venue liaison, budget management and onsite execution - Collaborate, consult and influence leaders and stakeholders within the function, across functions and outside of the organization - Exceptional project management, and time management skills -- highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle high pressure last-minute, urgent requests - Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work independently, problem solve, improvise, and function as part of a team that must perform under pressure - High energy, can-do personality and ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment Bonus Points: - Exceptional communication skills, including strong verbal and Powerpoint skills, ability to present at all levels of the organization - Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and creativity in problem-solving - Evaluate event performance, including data-driven post event analysis, de-briefs and wrap-up reports Our approach to cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is rooted in listening, learning and collective action.
