Event Manager, CXO Programs (Remote)

The primary focus of this role is successful and innovative planning and execution of CrowdStrike’s industry best-in-class CxO events, working together with CrowdStrike’s executive experience team, executive leadership and field marketing. You will serve as a subject matter expert for custom executive events and lead a cross-functional team in bringing C-level events to life through highly curated and memorable events that ultimately build community and thought leadership among our top customers and partners. What You’ll Need: • Minimum of 8+ years successful event management experience with expertise in design and programming of CXO events • Strong comfort level and experience working with industry C-level executives, requiring a level of professionalism and business maturity • Extensive knowledge in managing CXO events from conception to completion, including complex logistics, venue liaison, budget management and onsite execution • Collaborate, consult and influence leaders and stakeholders within the function, across functions and outside of the organization • Exceptional project management, and time management skills – highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle high pressure last-minute, urgent requests • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work independently, problem solve, improvise, and function as part of a team that must perform under pressure • High energy, can-do personality and ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
