The Event Manager's main function is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue. Primarily focusing on meeting the needs of the client/venue, solving problems, identifying needs and concerns from an operational perspective. • Establish and maintain working relationship with AEG clients through meetings and events • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments to maintain security of patrons and events run smoothly. • Identify potential process improvements to include cost savings and increased revenue. • Assist in the preparation, alongside the admin manager and general manager to meet the requirements of upcoming events/shows.
