About Us: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Manager to support and lead end-to-end event execution while ensuring excellence in delivery. As an Event Manager, you'll work alongside senior managers and the creative team to conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of events. This role requires a strong blend of organization, creativity, people skills, and the ability to manage logistics seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in end-to-end event planning and execution for corporate, social, and experiential events • Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and expectations • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery • Manage on-site event operations including setup, registration, crowd control, and breakdown • Supervise event staff, interns, and volunteers as needed • Monitor event budgets, timelines, and checklists to ensure deliverables stay on track • Prepare and present event proposals, run sheets, and post-event reports • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and permits • Contribute to creative brainstorming and pitch decks • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients throughout the event lifecycle
