The Event Manager must excel at customer service, create dynamic client relationships, and promote the wines and image of the Drouhin family. • Demonstrate strong leadership while setting a positive example • Collaborate with Wine Club Manager to further brand loyalty through inspired member events • Maintain On-Call Event staff list; coordinate needs with TR Manager, for all events as needed • Must be active in the local hospitality industry, interacting with peers, to build strong relationships in the community
