Event Manager |Full-Time| Greensboro Coliseum Complex

Serves as lead on-site contact with event promoter from planning the event, move in of event to the facility, the actual event and move out of the event. Prepares and compiles and communicates lessee event expense information for use by the business department in financial settlement of the event. This position assumes a high level of financial/budgetary responsibility and is required to actquickly and make sound financial and practical/operational decisions regarding changes throughout theplanning process and on the date of the event. Employees are expected to perform all duties listed in their position descriptions, as well as other related duties as assigned. Less than one third of the time is spent working in outdoor weather conditions.
