This includes preparing and reviewing detailed floor plans, seating charts, and event diagrams using specialized software such as AutoCAD, as well as coordinating with service vendors to secure necessary equipment and staffing. Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Minimum three years of supervisory experience
Working knowledge of facility management event services and equipment operations
Proficiency with event management software and tools
Ability to work long and irregular hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours and navigate stairs
