Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. 3-5 years of increasingly responsible experience in event management in a stadium, arena, convention center or public assembly facility settingBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with major coursework in facility management, hospitality management, business, or related fieldStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, word processing, and InternetKnowledge of operational characteristics of eventsAbility to identify the needs of users of the facilityKnowledge of crowd management and control techniquesKnowledge of customer service practicesKnowledge of principles of supervision, scheduling, and training employeesDemonstrated familiarity with facility use contractsKnowledge of fire and public safety regulationsKnowledge of A/V equipment and electronic systems in public assembly facilitiesExperience with budget preparation and controlFamiliarity with terminology used in entertainment/convention/public assembly settingsExperience with AutoCAD is preferred but not requiredCommunicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to work a flexible schedule, including long nights, early mornings, weekends & holidays as neededStrengthened by our Differences.
