The role of Event Manager III at BTS Catering & Events is a critical position responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of catering events, particularly small-scale events with fewer than 50 guests. This part-time, hourly role offers a competitive wage ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience, and allows for working up to 40 hours per week. • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous event management experience especially with small-scale events • Strong time management and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Ability to drive company vans and trucks • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor • Willingness to follow safety protocols including exposure to cleaning chemicals • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
