Job responsibilities are to provide professional client services support in planning, organizing and management of events within the facility including monitoring the logistics of these events. • Plan and review client and contractor event specifications, including all needs and deadlines. • Know and model the operating policies and procedures of the Knoxville Convention Center and Worlds Fair Exhibition Hall and the ASM Knoxville / ASM Global Code of Ethics. • Serves as a liaison to coordinate and order labor such as Police, Fire, Medical and any other security. • Must be self-motivated.
