The Event Manager will manage the event planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, meetings, exhibitions, social events, and special projects to achieve business objectives, including oversight of events ranging from 50-50,000 attendees. The successful candidate will develop and manage a comprehensive operation plan for all setup tasks, floorplans, estimates, gather event logistics such as floor plans/layouts of exhibits/displays, room sets, and oversee vendors and service providers to meet event expectations and goals. The successful candidate will also be required to quickly develop knowledge of the MBCC Event Services, venue, and service contractors needed to successfully execute an event.
